We are in “Academic Engineers” Resort which is located Between Marseilia beach 3 and Casabianca.
It will be the best choice for married couples.
What makes our space unique, that you will be the 4th guest to visit us, as you will enjoy all new furniture and all new electric devices and kitchenette.
What’s more attractive, the wind flows through whole the apartment due to the perfect engineering design, which makes all the windows when opened you feel the air coming from every direction.
Also, you won’t miss the amazing quiet and relaxing night watching movies on Netflix (Free account) or sitting on the swinging chair on the balcony.
Sitting on the Couch is so comfortable and you will feel so relaxed.
The whole apartment is tightly secured by tight windows so that there is no flying or crawling insects dare to enter.

Neighborhood is few
You can feel that there are only about 10 families in the whole resort
So that you will feel great when you go to the beach or the pool as you will relax with your friends/family without being bothered by crowded people.
Other things to note
Kindly note that we have 3 rooms in the apartment, Two of them are available for guests and the third is closed.
Kindly note that sometimes there is a water cut, but it’s not daily!
And it happens usually from 8 am till 10 am
For that, I made a backup tank so that you can use it if there is a water cut.
There are no restaurants inside the resort, just a cafeteria, and a supermarket at the pool, the cafeteria provides cold and hot drinks.
but outside the resort, next resort walking 10 minutes, or driving 2 minutes, from our gate there are Lot of restaurants. “In Casabianca Resort or Marcelia Beach 2”
There is no WiFi, but to watch Netflix, you can easily connect your mobile phone data with the TV.
The water from the faucets is a little salty and not available to drink from or for cooking.
Finally, the place is so clean, and there are no insects, but if you leave any food out of the fridge, take care there will be an army of ants will attack this food.
The building is 7 minute walk to the sea
And 4 minutes walk to the pool.
You can enjoy the pool starting from 8:00 AM till after midnight.
There is a ping pong table there, and a swimming area for children.
