Victoria’s Liberal Party looks set for a leadership spill

Victoria looks likely to have a new Opposition Leader, with a Liberal Party room meeting called ahead of a planned spill. Former leader Matthew Guy will attempt to knock Michael O’Brien out of the top job, after months of pressure over his performance.
