Sydney rapist to be granted conditional release

One of the notorious Skaf brothers behind a series of gang rapes before the Sydney 2000 Olympics is set to be granted parole after spending more than two decades in prison. Mohammed Skaf has been serving a maximum sentence of 22 years.
