Austria's president and chancellor clash over sheltering refugees

Opposing views were voiced this week in Austria regarding the refugee crisis. Chancellor Kurz made it clear that he is against accepting additional Afghans whereas president Van der Bellen says "It's the EU's responsibility to provide shelter".
