The Taliban have captured the whole of Afghanistan, but the Panjshir Valley, about 150 km from Kabul, is still far from the Taliban's grip. The Northern Alliance, led by Ahmed Masood, is giving a tough challenge to the Taliban at this place. Ahmed Masood has now become stronger in the war against the Taliban. The former commanders of the Afghan army have now reached Panjshir and joined hands with Ahmed Masood's army and now they are all ready to fight against the Taliban.

तालिबान (Taliban) ने पूरे अफगानिस्तान (Afghanistan) पर कब्जा कर लिया है, लेकिन काबुल (Kabul) से करीब 150 किलो मीटर दूर पंजशीर घाटी (Panjshir Valley) अभी भी तालिबान की पकड़ से दूर है. अहमद मसूद (Ahmad Massoud) की अगुवाई में नॉर्दर्न एलायंस (Ahmad Massoud northern alliance) इस जगह तालिबान को कड़ी चुनौती दे रहा है. तालिबान के खिलाफ जंग में अहमद मसूद अब और मजबूत हो गया है. अफगानी सेना के पूर्व कमांडर्स ने अब पंजशीर पहुंचकर अहमद मसूद की सेना से हाथ मिला लिया है और अब वे सब भी तालिबान के खिलाफ जंग लड़ने को तैयार हैं.
