Leaders urged to stick to national COVID exit plan

The Prime Minister has defended plans to start easing restrictions once vaccination targets of 70 and 80 percent are reached, arguing the country needs to prepare to live with COVID. Dr Norman Swan says the strategy might need a rethink if case numbers are high.
