Had this video from awhile back. I replaced both thermostats on my Mercury 250 ProXS. I used a small cooking pan for this and tested them on the stove to see if they were opening. One of them had a piece of wood that kept in the open or stuck open position. Motor had low water pressure and just was running poorly. After I flushed and replaced the thermostats my water pressure went back to normal and the motor ran great.
