Flood in Maharashtra’s Chiplun: Report from ground zero

Heavy rain has wreaked havoc in Maharashtra's Ratnagiri district, with Chiplun city being the worst affected. In Chiplun, hundreds of residents were stranded after water levels in the Vashishtri river crossed the danger level and flowed over the streets and inside houses.
