Bihar flood: People forced to use boats for commutation

Locals in Bihar are forced to commute in boats as several low-lying areas of Muzaffarpur are submerged in floodwater. Water entered the Ahiyapur police station in Muzaffarpur while other areas are also facing a similar situation. The water is slowly rising due to incessant rain, the water level of the rivers is increasing day by day. People are getting trouble in commutation for daily necessities and are forced to use boats for commuting to after parts. Watch this video.
