The flood situation in Bihar has become grim with all major rivers in spate in the state. Hundreds of villages have been submerged in districts like Gopalganj, Motihari, Samastipur and Muzaffarpur. The Gandak river is flowing over the road in Motihari. A pickup van was carrying onions submerged in floodwater.
