The Dominican High Court has granted bail to Mehul Choksi and has allowed him to return to Antigua for medical care. A key accused in the Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam, Choksi, has been given permission to travel to neighbouring Antigua and Barbuda. The High Court in Dominica approved a joint consent order allowing Mehul Choksi to return to Antigua.
