After giving up twin babies at birth, a Penal mother is tonight sharing her story in the hope of reuniting wit them... more than two decades later.
The woman says she gave them up....only bcause she wanted them to have a better life than the one she could have offered.
She told our reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh that her health has been deteriorating and she wants nothing more than to find out how her babies turned out and where they are now.
