London is abuzz ahead of England's much anticipated Euro 2020 semi-final match against Denmark to be played at Wembley Stadium on Wednesday (July 7).
England fans on Monday (July 5) told Reuters they were optimistic about their side's chances, but some were also apprehensive about getting out ahead of their skis.
Denmark have had an incredible run and have been delighting soccer fans since they lost Christian Eriksen to a cardiac arrest in their opening game.
But Gareth Southgate's side has inspired England fans as they try to reach their first major final since their 1966 World Cup triumph.
An England side containing ten of the current squad faced Denmark at Wembley in October in a Nations League match and lost 1-0 to a Eriksen penalty.
Eriksen, who is recovering from the shocking cardiac episode, will not feature at Wembley, of course.
Denmark's performances in this tournament, where they have responded to the Eriksen trauma in such inspiring fashion, should also keep England focused.
Unbeaten England though start as clear favourites with a stronger squad and home advantage and the fear that has gripped them in previous campaigns refreshingly absent so far.
The game will take place in front of 60,000 fans at Wembley, but due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, only Danes resident in the United Kingdom will be able to attend.
A fan zone has also been set up where fans not holding tickets to the match will come together to cheer their teams on.
