Nachani Idli Recipe - नाचणी इडली
Ingredients:

For Idli Batter
½ cup Black Gram Lentil (soaked)
1 cup Idli Rava (soaked)
Coriander leaves
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
Salt as per taste
1 Carrot (grated)
1 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard seeds
7-8 Curry leaves
1 cup Finger Millet Flour
¾ cup Water
¼ tsp Soda
Water (for steaming)
½ a Lemon
Oil (for greasing)

For Chutney-
4 tbsp Coconut (grated)
1 Garlic Clove
1 Green Chilli
Coriander Leaves
Salt as per taste
Juice of ½ a Lemon
Water as per required
