Bihar Floods: Many villages submerged in West Champaran

Due to the heavy rains, villages have been submerged in North Bihar. In many villages of North Bihar, the threat of flood is looming. Be it the remote villages of West Champaran or the DM office, all have been submerged in water. The situation is such that people are forced to leave the village and migrate to safer places.
