1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
Salt to taste
2-3 Bay Leafs
1 Teaspoon Desi Ghee/Clarified Butter
200-250 ml Mustard oil (For frying & cooking)
