AG Bonta and Gov. Newsom announce appeal of assault weapons ban ruling

California Attorney General Rob Bonta and Governor Gavin Newsom announced today that the state has appealed a recent decision by a federal judge to overturn California's three-decade-old ban on assault weapons.
