Maharashtra announces 5-phase unlock plan, districts with 5% positivity rate to reopen

As the second wave of Covid-19 ebbs, Maharashtra has decided to unlock in 5 phases. Districts with 5% positivity rate to unlock, but Mumbai will remain shut till June 15 despite a positivity rate below 5%.
