The Celtics got blown out by the Nets last night, 130-108. It was a comedy of errors from the jump, as Joe Harris exploded for 16 first-quarter points. Harris finished the night with 25 points and shot 7-10 from three-point range.
Kemba Walker shot slightly more efficient, but still contributed little to the Celtics' success. Marcus Smart and Evan Fournier acted as Boston's primary scorers, combining to make nine of the Celtics' 12 total three-pointers on the night.
Jayson Tatum struggled mightily once again. He scored nine points before leaving the game with an apparent eye injury. Kevin Durant poked him in the face after the two were fighting for a rebound. Tatum did not return, and Brad Stevens gave an injury update after the game.
The Celtics noww return home for Game 3 of the series. That one takes place this Friday at 8:30 PM on TNT.
