Disabled pup gets wheelchair

At 23ABC we want to highlight the good in people, and tonight we're bringing you the story of how a community helped out a therapy dog and its owner. A dog named "Spork" now has a wheelchair, just like his owner. She says the little guy helps her go about her life in Sacramento.
