Irma is interviewed at the seniors' home she detests. Present are family members who discuss with her what has transpired regarding her daughter.
Irma's daughter had deceived Irma into signing over all legal powers to her daughter. Irma's daughter also placed her in this seniors home without consulting any other family members. Irma's daughter also placed her son in Irma's home who ultimately lived there rent-free & all utilities paid for over 3 years.
Once Irma has been made aware of what's happened it is clear she is disgusted with her daughter and wants her "out of her life".
Irma is very grateful for the visit and expresses her gratitude for the visit. She makes it abundantly clear that she TRUSTS the family members who visited her and wishes for them to take over her legal affairs.
