Men Fall Through Ice While Biking on Frozen River

These men went to a Texas city for biking in the cold. They sped through a frozen river and hit a slush. One of them fell through the ice into the freezing water. While he was trying to get his bike out, the other man also fell through, trying to help him. They used spikes to get out of the icy water and were able to rescue their bikes along with themselves.
