Pro and anti-Sterlite groups spar in Thoothukudi collectorate over reopening of plant.

A group of protesters in Tamil Nadu opposed the opening of the Sterlite Copper factory, after the Union government told the Supreme Court that the factory can be reopened to produce medical oxygen.
