Rouhani says 60% enrichment is Iran’s response to Natanz attack

President Rouhani says Iran will begin enriching uranium up to 60% in response to an attack at the Natanz nuclear facility that Tehran says was an act of “nuclear terrorism” orchestrated by Israel.
