Labor accuses PM of trying to shift blame on vaccine program

Prime Minister Scott Morrison is asking Premiers and Chief Ministers to join national cabinet meetings twice a week from next week, to sort out the problems with the vaccine rollout. Deputy Opposition leader Richard Marles says the PM is trying to avoid taking the blame for the problems with the program.
