Info from Licensor: "That was amazing, at 2:30 pm. The wind blowing and rising the water spouts towards the sky, it was amazing to see. And we called in isata here in Rwanda. All this happened at Lake Burera located in the northern province of Rwanda. The people said it is the Sky's snake which is drinking water."
