Local cake decorator "Cake It with Justin" appears on HBO Max's 'Baketopia'

You may have seen him on Instagram or maybe you’ve taken one of his classes, but did you see him on a new reality TV show? Justin Salinas lives here in Bakersfield but he recently made onto an HBO Max competition.
