00:00Hey guys, welcome back to another video. In this tutorial, I'm going to show you how to transform into Cynthia the doll from Rugrats.
00:06So I don't know why but I have a floss pick in my mouth because you know, good to floss your teeth.
00:10I'm just outlining everything first. I start to fill everything in with the basic colors.
00:13This is just pretty like 2D and flat and it's a cartoon so these are easier to draw.
00:18Just gonna clean everything up with a little q-tip and then I'm going in with a black liner or any type of black face paint
00:25and I'm just gonna outline everything. I want to do like the 90s background with those little shapes and the purple
00:30so that's what I filled it in. I'm just going in and adding in some highlighting around some certain parts on her body.
00:39And that's the chest portion. Next, I'm gonna go on to the face. I just have my regular foundation.
00:44I'll get that all over and then I have on the same red lipstick and we need to do big
00:48juicy lips for her because her lips are huge. Then again, I just have black just making her features there pretty pretty easy
00:54and I'm just gonna make her eyes.
00:55I'm just gonna place them under my actual eyes and then put black on the top so it kind of covers my lashes.
01:07I'm just still going with the black here. There's a lot of little details on the face and that was it for the face.
01:13Now I'm gonna take my cardboard pieces here that I previously made, stick those on. It's her hair and like and yeah
01:19I just added in her little bald patches and then I was trying to put the ears on and the ears just kept falling.
01:24Finally, we got the ears on and that is it. That is how she's looking.
01:28I forgot to film like the final outro with this makeup on. I'm so mad.
01:32So yeah, that's all I have and now here are just some TikToks because that's all I got and for some reason everyone loves when
01:38I take like old foundation and just drip it on these characters. So that's what I've been doing over on TikTok.
01:43Yeah, they have been getting the most views like a million views and everything else has been getting nothing.
