Pusat Bandar Baru Bercham businesses, residents suffer stench from sewer water leak

For years, shop owners at Pusat Bandar Baru Bercham in Ipoh, Perak start their day washing off smelly sewer water leaking out of manhole on to the street in front of their shops.

Many believed that it is caused by a problematic sewerage system.
