Batla House Encounter: Terrorist Ariz को फांसी, Delhi की Saket Court का फैसला | वनइंडिया हिंदी

In the Batla House encounter, the verdict of Saket Court of Delhi has arrived. The court sentenced convict Ariz Khan to death. The court has ruled the case as the rarest of the rare. The court had said in its judgment on March 8 that at the time of the encounter Ariz Khan was on the spot and he had escaped from the grip of the police. The court said that he had opened fire on the policemen before fleeing.

बाटला हाउस एनकाउंटर में दिल्ली की साकेत कोर्ट का फैसला आ गया है. कोर्ट ने दोषी आरिज खान को मौत की सजा सुनाई है. कोर्ट ने मामले को रेयरेस्ट ऑफ द रेयर मानते हुए फैसला सुनाया है. कोर्ट ने 8 मार्च को अपने फैसले में कहा था कि एनकाउंटर के वक्‍त आरिज खान मौके पर ही था और वो पुलिस की पकड़ से भाग निकला था. अदालत ने कहा कि उसने भागने से पहले पुलिसवालों पर फायरिंग की थी.
