Batla House Encounter: Shahzad Ahmad is a terrorist, says Court

India News :In case of Btla house encounter Court holds Shahzad guilty of murdering inspector M C Sharma and assaulting other police officers. Fixes July 29 for pronouncing order on sentence against him. Trial court had declared Shehzad's accomplice, Junaid, a proclaimed offender. Junaid had allegedly fled with Shehzad during the encounter and remained untraceable until the trial ended.
