'Ghost workers' at KZN's Msunduzi municipality

The Msunduzi Municipality in KZN is investigating ‘ghost workers' on its payroll. It initially could not account for 121 employees during a headcount. 63 of those have since presented themselves. The municipality, which includes the provincial capital, Pietermaritzburg, was placed under administration in 2019. Courtesy #DStv403
