The network will be launching Avatar Studios, a subset completely devoted to creating new movies and animated series for the ‘Avatar’ franchise. . The studio will be run by Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, creators of the original ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’ series. . It’s hard to believe it’s been 19 years since we created 'Avatar: The Last Airbender.'
