Plymouth resident Sheldon Destin says he has been of dealing with a health hazard outside his home for some twenty years now and he's just about had it!. Mr. Destin says he's fed-up of having to constantly clean a drain outside his home, and contacted TV6. Elizabeth Williams has more in this report.
