Snowstorm Causes Portion of Apartment's Ceiling to Collapse After Leakage of Water

The ceiling of this apartment started to leak heavily after a water pipe burst from freezing after a snowstorm. The high intensity of water pressure caused cracks in the ceiling and ended up collapsing a portion of it. The water that seeped in flooded the apartment and soaked everything within its reach.
