Argentina begins vaccinating older adults and those at higher risk, as the South American country continues to roll out its Covid-19 inoculation campaign with the Russian Sputnik V shots. "I really couldn't wait because I have been locked up for a year now, although we can't blame anyone for it. But I am happy now and I will get the other dose later," says 71-year-old Marta Selis.
