साउथ अफ़्रीका ने भारत के सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया की कोरोना वैक्सीन को लौटाने की बात कही है. साउथ अफ़्रीकी सरकार की ओर से सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट को कहा गया है कि वो अपनी भेजी गई कोरोना वैक्सीन की खुराक वापिस लें.
