Retired constitutional court judge, Justice Johann Kriegler, says former President Jacob Zuma should be arrested and face imprisonment because he has defied a constitutional court order. This is after Zuma refused to appear before the state capture commission of inquiry. Justice Kriegler says the law must take its cause and Zuma should be held accountable for his actions.
