Corruption Watch releases COVID-19 TERS fraud report

Corruption Watch says many employees did not receive financial relief through the TERS fund. It was meant to help employees affected by the hard lockdown. But the lobby group has found that not all employees recieved the funds due to them. A report into the fund implicates payroll officers, finance personnel and managers for the breaches.
