Sydney Mufamadi says the invasion of democracy through state security should never be allowed to happen again. He chaired a high-level review panel into the State Security Agency, which uncovered abuse of agency funds. Mufamadi testified at the Zondo Commission on evidence presented to him when he chaired the panel. Courtesy #DStv403
