Boxer Gets Hurt During Workout as Metal Pipe Holding Punching Bag Falls on his Head

This guy was working out at home by boxing with a punching bag hanging from a metal pipe overhead. However, he did not take into account that he was punching the bag against the pipe's holder. It dislodged the rod and it fell onto his head. He clutched his head in pain.
