This is a cover of Foghat's "It's Too Late", featured on their second album, Rock 'n' Roll. For me, a favorite lead guitar part, and I used to play it in a LA band in the early 70's. They apparently made the song hoping it would be on a single, but the song didn't quite have what it takes.
