The victim who was slapped in a viral video by a Datuk and another man at a hotpot restaurant in Petaling Jaya turns out to be the son of another Datuk.
According to Sin Chew Daily, the victim is the son of Perak Chinese Assembly Hall deputy president Datuk Kwan Foh Kwai.
