Love Jihad Law पर सुनवाई करेगा Supreme Court, Yogi और Rawat Government को नोटिस | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The case of love jihad is hot in the country these days. A petition was filed in this regard in the Supreme Court. This petition was heard on Wednesday. The Supreme Court has refused to ban this ordinance at present. However, the Supreme Court has issued a notice on the laws made against love jihad and illegal conversion. Sending notice to the Government of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and seeking a reply in 4 weeks.

लव जिहाद का मामला इन दिनों देश में गरमाया हुआ है. इस संबंध में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका डाली गई थी. बुधवार को इस याचिका पर सुनवाई हुई. सर्वोच्च अदालत ने इस अध्यादेश पर फिलहाल रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया है. हालांकि लव जिहाद और गैरकानूनी तरीके से धर्म परिवर्तन के खिलाफ बने कानूनों पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नोटिस जारी किया है. उत्तर प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड सरकार को नोटिस भेजककर 4 हफ्तों में जवाब मांगा है.
