Aloha! and welcome to Millennial Dad-bod.

I am using this channel to keep me accountable and document my journey to getting back in shape.

I initially started this channel to challenge myself to a SIX PACK IN 12 WEEKS. This six pack challenge is now moved to start on January 4, 2021, and end on March 29, 2021. Just in time for SUMMER!!!

For now, I will focus on my cardio and run 1.6 miles from December 7th, 2020 to December, 28th 2020.

Layout for my HIIT 1.6 Miles Treadmill Run (time and distance for each interval).
2 Minutes @ 5MPH - 45 Seconds @ 10MPH - 45 Seconds @ 9MPH - 45 Seconds @ 8MPH - 45 Seconds @ 7MPH - 45 Seconds @ 6MPH - 45 Seconds @ 5MPH

2 Minutes @ 4MPH - 45 Seconds @ 8MPH - 45 Seconds @ 7MPH - 45 Seconds @ 6MPH

2 Minutes @ 5MPH - 45 Seconds @ 10MPH - 45 Seconds @ 9MPH - 45 Seconds @ 8MPH - 45 Seconds @ 7MPH - Continue these intervals until the completion of the mile.
