Yes snakes can eat fog especially the big snakes like python, anaconda etc. Small snakes doesn't eat dog but can definitely kill a dog. Snake will try to attack a dog when the dog is alone because if they are in group then the other dogs can attack the snake. There are venomous and non venomous snake that can eat dog. Venomous snake will use venom to kill and eat a dog whereas non venomous snake will use constriction to kill and eat a dog.
