In a one on one fight chances are that wolf is going to win because it has much more hunting experience. Usually wolf attack in packs so it will be difficult for 2-3 German Shepherd to fight against 6-7 wolves. However if the German Shepherd starts barking then the wolves might run away because they knows their barking can alert everyone and that can be dangerous for the wolves
