Over 60 percent of tyres sold in SA are illegal

South Africans are skidding towards death with illegal second-hand tyres. Many, who are struggling to survive are trying to cut corners by buying from unscrupulous dealers. It's reported that over 60 percent of second-hand tyres sold in South Africa are illegal.
