REview: El Chicano (2018) | A Decent Enough Movie, Though Latinos And Their Culture Deserve Better

Diversity is more than having actors of a particular ethnicity behind and/or in front of the camera, it's also about telling the stories of people that traditionally have been marginalized. This is something El Chicano needed to do better.
