Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Court sent former union finance minister P Chidambaram to CBI custody till August 26 in INX Media Case. Supreme Court will hear P Chidambaram’s petition against CBI on August 23. His petition against Enforcement Directorate (ED) will be heard in SC on August 27. CBI Court has permitted Chidambaram to meet family members and lawyers for 30 minutes a day. P Chidambaram was arrested by CBI on late evening of August 21 in relation with INX Media Case.
